How to read the register

  • The serial number is the official designation within the series (Roman numeral), not the order of sequence by date. Exception: the XXXVI conference (5 November 2021) was preceded by the XXXVII (7 October 2021), yet its serial number was assigned earlier.
  • Where an event lasted several days, the full range of dates is given — 20 of the conferences are of this kind.
  • The "Documents" row appears only for those 15 events whose digitised PDF is in the Society's possession. The register entry is nonetheless complete where no document is available.
  • Where the venue is missing, the source register does not record it either — a gap in the sources, not an omission.
