Two scholarly periodicals and six book series
Since 1991 our Society has published its scholarly periodical, and since 1995 a newsletter reporting on the operational events of the field; it is also the publisher of six scholarly book series on law enforcement history. The pages below contain the complete, verified bibliographic data and the locations of the digitised volumes.
Overview
Scholarly periodical · since 1991
Acta Historiae Praesidii Ordinis — the only Hungarian-language scholarly periodical publishing scholarly treatments by researchers of law enforcement history. Peer-reviewed studies, published once or twice a year.
Scholarly periodical · since 1995
Nuntiotones Historiae Praesidii Ordinis — a bulletin of our association's life and of operational events relating to the cultivation of law enforcement history. It generally appears twice a year.
Book series
The Society is the publisher of six law enforcement history book series: heritage, bequest, sources, studies, auxiliary sciences and the Salutem commemorative volume series. A total of 16 volumes, between 2012 and 2020.
Outside the series
Three publications. Our learned society has published three volumes as standalone volumes, of which two are available on our website.
